Questions that fascinate me

1. If an AI had full information and understand around all the published medical research in the world, what would it tell me to do to maximise the probability of peak mental output for as long as possible?
2. Am I really sentient (for any definition of sentience that separates us from animals)? If yes, at what point do babies become sentient?
3. For every belief I have, where did it come from, and is it a justified belief based on everything I know about the world?
