Accidents..
.. are an often ignored source of knowledge. Accidents are events which do not happen in the course of normal life. So, if you observe the response to such accidents and analyze it, it can give you plenty of insights :)
Having a good sleep means..
.. letting your body decide when to wake up. And accepting that decision. (ie not sleeping more either)
When you are starting to get stressed,
listen to good music.. it just evaporates into wonder and amazement and peace and delight :D
Just do it!
And give it your best! Your BEST.. when you do something to high levels of perfection, the satisfaction and the control you feel are great.. As you know something better, as you know it very deeply.. its gives you a sense of completeness. Something to really appreciate. It is something everyone should strive towards..
Not so you become the best in the world at something, but simply to understand something completely.
